  • Liquid is used to the maximum

  • Reduced cost of residue disposal

  • No drain back when changing drums

With the motor running, the pump foot is closed by lowering the sealing foot within the pump tube. The sealing cap locks the pump foot and prevents the entered liquid from flowing back into the drum. Closing is done in no time at all by rotating the small lever below the hand wheel.

With the motor switched off, the pump holding the liquid can be removed from the drum with all the valuable liquid trapped within the pump tube.

    • SS - Stainless Steel (1.4571)

  • Repair and service friendly design with a small number of components.

     

  • Pumps are available without seals or with axial face seals.

     

  • High performance in pumping:

    • Flow rate up to 210 l/min

    • Delivery up to 22 mWC

    • Density up to 1.9 kg/dm3

    • Viscosity up to 850 cPs

    Choice of Several Motors depending on the density and viscosity of the liquids as well as the type of environment in which the pump will be used:

      • MAII  - Robust industrial 220V electric motor with a choice of 3 power ratings.

      • MEII  - Robust industrial Explosion Proof 220V electric motor with a choice of 4 power ratings.

      • MDxL - Air powered motor, very powerful, simple and efficient.

Pumps in contact with food products are considered to be "food contact materials" and are thus subject to strict legal regulations. The new Lutz PURE series includes products which are in conformity with ATEX Directive as well as the FDA (21 CFR 177)Approval and the European Regulation according to 1935/2004/EC.
