Mixing & Pumping Drum Pumps

Some fluids take offence at being kept on hold. They will simply sediment. We are referring to numerous emulsions, dispersions and suspensions used in industrial and trade environments

MP pump tubes will make sure thin bodied neutral, aggressive and corrosive liquids in drums or containers are thoroughly mixed before decanting.

Desired Turbulence; The special flow conditions in the container generated by the pump tube for mixing and pumping thoroughly remix and homogenize sedimented media - even in remote corners of the container bottom. In a flash, you will homogenized mix is ready for further processing

All the functions in one go; The construction comprising an immersion tube and a locking

mechanism that has been tried and tested in practice provides for opening and closing of the mixing ports. The proven design facilitates simultaneous mixing and pumping. Of course, it's your choice. With the discharge closed off with a nozzle or valve, you can also mix first and pump afterwards.

Pumps are available without seals or with axial face seals.

The new Lutz PURE series includes products which are in conformity with ATEX Directive as well as the FDA (21 CFR 177)Approval and the European Regulation according to 1935/2004/EC.
